  2. Not rely on motivation to move forward
  3. Write to think, write to discuss, write to write
  4. Not snack, but eat mindfully and continue to change my relationship with food
  5. Remind myself of my commitments to work, scholarly pursuits, and those things that I believe in, value, and cherish
