1.  time flies is not just a sappy saying.

2.  sooner is better than later.

3.  you must charge your phone!

4.  sometimes less really is more.

5.  there is no substitute for a teacher.

This week I learned…

1.  that it is possible to lose sight even of those things you truly love.

2.  that working hard is always better than doing anything half a$$ed, even things you really aren’t all that fond of.

3.  that sometimes you are just thirsty and water is best.

4.  that you should always think about it and then think about it again before hitting “send.”

5.  that you need to rip off the proverbial bandaid quickly, yeah, it hurts but somethings just have to get done.
