I experience a serious dichotomy when it comes to technology, I love it and I hate it. I love all my Apple products, each have become such a part of my regular day-to-day life! But I hate how lazy it makes people, myself included. Go to a library, go outside, read an actual book or newspaper, listen to music live, take pictures on film, write a thank you note with a beautiful pen well weighted in your hand and feel the roughness of handmade paper, experience being exactly where you are instead of checking in.

With all that in mind, today I am grateful to have met so many incredible people through the wonder of the internet, people who have become true friends, some I have been able to meet in person. Some I will probably never meet in person but they are truly friends who have become such a lovely part of my life and I am so grateful for the honor and privilege of being able to know them… you! Today I am grateful for you! xoxo

Today I am grateful for all that has occurred in my life that makes me who I am today. It hasn’t always been fun nor easy but there have been some truly amazing moments. I do love the reality that who I am today isn’t who I was before because each day we have an opportunity to change and to grow and to remake ourselves into someone even more amazing and to experience wonder and awe at the magnificence that surrounds us. The world can still be a spectacular place and I am grateful for the opportunity to experience it and to allow it to change me.
