This Week I Will…

1.  pace myself wisely, I am still healing.

2.  feed my body well, it wants healthy nourishment.

3.  take responsibility for minimizing unproductive distractions.

4.  think about what really makes me happy.

5.  remember that this is my adventure, every day, every moment, is just waiting to be defined and lived and celebrated!

This Week I Learned…

1.  that conserving energy is as important as expending energy.

2.  that courage is the foundation to every choice in life.

3.  that life is perseverance and that’s not a bad thing.

4.  that my body wants to be healthy, it’s my mind that gets in the way.

5.  that although inspiration may be piqued by many external things, it really comes from within.
