This Week I Learned…

1.   That it’s never as bad as I imagine it will be.

2.  and even if it is, I can and will handle it.

3.  That it’s okay that everything is not perfect.

4.  and it’s okay to strive for perfection.

5.   Oatmeal is a most excellent dinner.

    If you’re into it, I’ll pass on something I learned this week: dry pan toasted oats on yogurt with fruit and almond butter. So good, any time of day!
