Yo! Are you ready for summer? Not even close is my answer. You too? It happens. I’ve been rocking my winter fat for the last year (at least)! Oh dear. Oh dear. You know, it is important to love yourself and to accept who you are and who you are becoming, even if that means becoming older, slower, and a bit wider. It happens to the best of us. But that doesn’t mean we should give up and the things we want and the things we need. One of the things I need is to feel comfortable in my clothes, comfortable in my skin, and comfortable with my movement. How about you? Happily, there are lots of things that we can do about it and some of those things are even FREEEEEEE!! I get bad back pain when I do that exercise ( the board) … To much strain on my lower back
That won’t be the only exercise, that’s just one of the photos from the workout! And you will be able to ask Sarah on the Facebook group page if she can recommend modifications or an alternative exercise!
